Peace Action,the nation's largest peace organization, has just issued its 2010 Congressional voting scorecard.
Guess where Paul Ryan ranks?
You got it. Right near the bottom, with a 14% rating. What saved him from a "perfect" zero was the inclusion of a vote on a bill to prevent nuclear weapons proliferation which passed 397-10.
Other than that, Ryan voted wrong on six others, including four votes on Afghanistan, one on counterproductive sanctions against Iran, and one on working to prevent child marriages in developing countries. You can see the details here.
