The Ryan Record!

  • "All eyes of the world markets are here on congress.  It's a heavy load to bury.  It's a heavy load to bear."  Paul Ryan

Paul Ryan in his own words, begging his comrades to pass the bail out.  Just think this is the guy who is a "tea party" hero, and preaches less government?

Then there is Ryans record of voting YES:

Ryan is Lyin

Paul Ryan (R-Wall St.)  has been subject to the national spotlight and it is not going well for him!

Last week Ryan gave his VP Acceptance speech and he was immediately awarded , the "most dishonest convention speech ever".   It was so dishonest that even Fox news had to choice to but to call it out as pure BS!   Ryan filled his speech so full of BULLSH*T because he was betting on his true believers and the ignorance of the American people.

Then we learned that Paul Ryan would lie about such things as his marathon time so there are no limits to what he will embellish.

This lie left Ryan open to comparisons between himself and Rosie Ruiz, and Paul Krugman took full advantage!

So what is this election about? To be sure, it’s about different visions of society — about Medicare versus Vouchercare, about preserving the safety net versus destroying it. But it’s also a test of how far politicians can bend the truth. This is surely the first time one of our major parties has run a campaign so completely fraudulent, making claims so at odds with the reality of its policy proposals. But if the Romney/Ryan ticket wins, it won’t be the last.

You can leave your favorite Paul Ryan accomplishment here!

Now we know why Paul Rayn (R- Ayn Rand), was NOT the first choice of the people on the Romney campaign who want to win.   It seems that his reputation of lying has preceded him, amongst those in the know in DC.

Campaign insiders say Romney was so determined to capture support of the tea party that reveres Ryan that he was “more than willing” to overlook the Congressman’s casual relationship with the truth.

“Paul Ryan is a loose cannon.  He’s Mitt Romney’s Sarah Palin and his involvement with the campaign will sink the Republican Party in this election,” said another GOP pro, who also asked to remain anonymous.

“When I heard Ryan was on the short list, my first reaction was ‘oh, Christ, here we go again,’ ” the longtime GOP operative said Sunday.  ”The man tells so many whoppers so often that I’m not sure he even knows when he’s lying.”
Its gotten so bad that he can not even walk back lies without lying, and while walking them back he is compounding them

Hey though, have you heard Paul rAYN has a black ex-girlfriend(of course she supports President Obama)? It turns out the republican party is the big tent party.

What an embarrassment to our state the republicans have become!

Paul Ryan Used Insider Information To Avoid 2008 Crash

While most of us working saps were left to the merciless invisible hands controlling our modest mutual fund accounts and helplessly watched our 401k take hits of 30 to 40 and even 50 percent in a matter of weeks following the economic crash of 2008, Paul Ryan used his position in the public trust to save himself. Hey, he probably figured what's insider information for if you can't apply it to yourself? And, who's going to notice?

The Richmonder Excerpt:
Ryan attended a closed meeting with congressional leaders, Bush's Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke on September 18, 2008. The purpose of the meeting was to disclose the coming economic meltdown and beg Congress to pass legislation to help collapsing banks.

Instead of doing anything to help, Ryan left the meeting and on that very same day Paul Ryan sold shares of stock he owned in several troubled banks and reinvested the proceeds in Goldman Sachs, a bank that the meeting had disclosed was not in trouble. This is the guy Republicans want one heartbeat away from the presidency? He seems more than a little shady to me.

Here's just one page of Ryan's financial disclosure form for 2008 with several transactions highlighted followed by more suspicious trades in the following months.

You can view more of Ryan's financial disclosure pages here.

Paul Ryan Lies on 60 Minutes!

So Paul Ryan (R- Ayn Rand) goes on TV today and tells us this:

Yet we know that in 13 years pink slip paulie has passed a grand total of 2 bills(and one was to honor a democrat)!
- He's been in Congress for nearly 13 years, but Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) has only seen two of his bills pass into law during that time. Ryan, who Mitt Romney has tapped as his running mate, passed a bill into law in July 2000 that renames a post office in his district.

Thanks to Ryan, the post office on 1818 Milton Ave. in Janesville, Wis., is now known as "Les Aspin Post Office Building." The other time Ryan saw one of his bills become law was in December 2008, with legislation to change the way arrows (as in bows and arrows) are hit with an excise tax. Specifically, his bill amended the Internal Revenue Code to impose a 39-cent tax per arrow shaft, instead of a 12.4 percent tax on the sales price.

The bill also "includes points suitable for use with arrows in the 11 percent excise tax on arrow parts and accessories." Kevin Seifert, Ryan's congressional spokesman, did not respond to a request for comment.
Yes one to honor a democrat and the other to line his own pockets. We know from Paul's record that he has had plenty of time to write a bill ending these loopholes, and yet nothing! Besides now if he actually did such a thing, it could cost his boss, Mitt, Millions!
The media soon noticed Romney’s familiarity with foreign tax havens. A $3 million Swiss bank account appeared in the 2010 returns, then winked out of existence in 2011 after the trustee closed it, as if to remind us of George Romney’s warning that one or two tax returns can provide a misleading picture. Ed Kleinbard, a professor of tax law at the University of Southern California, says the Swiss account “has political but not tax-policy resonance,” since it—like many other Romney investments—constituted a bet against the U.S. dollar, an odd thing for a presidential candidate to do. The Obama campaign provided a helpful world map pointing to the tax havens Bermuda, Luxembourg, and the Cayman Islands, where Romney and his family have assets, each with the tagline “Value: not disclosed in tax returns.”
