Paul Ryan Lies on 60 Minutes!

So Paul Ryan (R- Ayn Rand) goes on TV today and tells us this:

Yet we know that in 13 years pink slip paulie has passed a grand total of 2 bills(and one was to honor a democrat)!
- He's been in Congress for nearly 13 years, but Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) has only seen two of his bills pass into law during that time. Ryan, who Mitt Romney has tapped as his running mate, passed a bill into law in July 2000 that renames a post office in his district.

Thanks to Ryan, the post office on 1818 Milton Ave. in Janesville, Wis., is now known as "Les Aspin Post Office Building." The other time Ryan saw one of his bills become law was in December 2008, with legislation to change the way arrows (as in bows and arrows) are hit with an excise tax. Specifically, his bill amended the Internal Revenue Code to impose a 39-cent tax per arrow shaft, instead of a 12.4 percent tax on the sales price.

The bill also "includes points suitable for use with arrows in the 11 percent excise tax on arrow parts and accessories." Kevin Seifert, Ryan's congressional spokesman, did not respond to a request for comment.
Yes one to honor a democrat and the other to line his own pockets. We know from Paul's record that he has had plenty of time to write a bill ending these loopholes, and yet nothing! Besides now if he actually did such a thing, it could cost his boss, Mitt, Millions!
The media soon noticed Romney’s familiarity with foreign tax havens. A $3 million Swiss bank account appeared in the 2010 returns, then winked out of existence in 2011 after the trustee closed it, as if to remind us of George Romney’s warning that one or two tax returns can provide a misleading picture. Ed Kleinbard, a professor of tax law at the University of Southern California, says the Swiss account “has political but not tax-policy resonance,” since it—like many other Romney investments—constituted a bet against the U.S. dollar, an odd thing for a presidential candidate to do. The Obama campaign provided a helpful world map pointing to the tax havens Bermuda, Luxembourg, and the Cayman Islands, where Romney and his family have assets, each with the tagline “Value: not disclosed in tax returns.”
